Dr. Jacalyn Bishop has a great deal of experience and interest in adolescent transgender healthcare. Initial evaluation will focus on determining the physical, social, and psychological needs of the patient. Initial evaluation also requires input from the patient's mental health professional with whom Dr. Bishop will communicate regularly. With gender dysphoria treatment, children are able to finally express themselves as they want to be. Dr. Bishop makes sure to personally deliver these services to each and every one of her patients.

Dr. Bishop follows the general guidelines set forth by the Endocrine Society of North America and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).
