Communications Center

At Endocrine Kids we know how important communication is when it comes to your child's health. Dr. Bishop and her staff have arranged several convenient ways to stay in contact, whether it be to schedule appointments, make requests for prescriptions and test results, or ask questions via email.

Our regular office hours are Tuesday from 8:30 am to 2 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. The office is closed daily for lunch from noon to 1 pm.

Any information submitted using the forms on this page is transmitted securely and held in strictest confidence, protecting your privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Email Dr. Bishop

For established patients, Dr. Bishop and her staff are available via email for any questions or concerns you have regarding your visit with us and/or your child's healthcare.

We have established a HIPAA-secure website where you can sign in and feel comfortable that any information you provide will be confidentially reviewed by whomever you are emailing.

Email Dr. Bishop or one of our staff members now.

You will be asked for a username and password.

Your username: Your username is the first letter of the patient's first name plus the last name. If you are the patient, or your child’s name is John Smith: username = jsmith.

Your password: We will give you a password at your first appointment. If you end up forgetting it or you want to change your password, contact our office at (248) 347-3344.

To send an email: To send us an email, click on "New Message" on the left side of the screen. The email template will open. Click on the “To” button. A list of names will appear. Double click on the name of the person you’d like to email. (The name will show up in the "To" box on the right.)  Click OK and proceed with your email. We look forwarding to hearing from you!
